Who you are dealing with

Holistic Haven Health is the practice of Abby Lee, a certified Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP). She is not a physician, nurse practitioner, dietitian, or licensed mental-health provider, and nothing on this site establishes a practitioner-client relationship. That begins only when you and Abby agree to work together and you accept the separate agreement that comes with a coaching program.

What this site is for

Everything published here is for general education and information. It describes an approach to wellness and points to products and services you may choose to buy from third parties. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider who knows your history.

Always talk to your own provider before changing a medication, starting a supplement, or acting on anything you read here or in a lab result.

Affiliate links and third-party purchases

Holistic Haven Health participates in affiliate and ambassador programs, including the EquiLife ambassador program and other partner brands. When you buy through a link on this site we may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you. We only share products Abby uses and recommends in her own practice.

This site is a storefront in the display sense only. It holds no inventory, takes no payments, ships nothing, and processes no returns. When you follow a product link you are handed to the brand that sells it, and from that point:

• Your order, payment, shipping, cancellations, refunds, and returns are between you and that brand, under their terms and their policies.
• Prices, availability, and product descriptions shown here are copied from the brand's own listing and can change without notice. The brand's page is always the authority.
• Product claims made by a brand are that brand's claims, not ours.
• We have no access to your order and cannot alter, cancel, or refund it.

Products appear here because Abby uses and recommends them in her own practice. Earning a commission does not change what is recommended, and no brand pays for placement on this site.

Calls, coaching, and the program

The free discovery call is scheduled through TidyCal and is subject to TidyCal's terms. Paid coaching sessions and the three-month program are booked and paid for on the practitioner platform, under that platform's terms, and are additionally governed by the coaching agreement you receive before the work starts.

Booking a call does not create a healthcare relationship, and a discovery call is a conversation about fit rather than a consultation.

Content and intellectual property

The text, photography, design, layout, and code of this site belong to Holistic Haven Health unless credited otherwise. Product names, images, and brand marks belong to the brands that own them and appear here for identification.

You may read, print, and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, with attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial portions, sell the content, or use it to train a commercial product without written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the people using it. That includes probing or breaching security, scraping at a rate that degrades service for others, impersonating the practice, misrepresenting an affiliation, or using anything here to give medical advice to someone else.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or that any particular result will follow from using it. Content may become out of date, and a linked product may be reformulated, renamed or discontinued by its brand at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Holistic Haven Health and Abby Lee are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, from any product or service bought through a link on it, or from any decision made on the basis of information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

You remain responsible for your own health decisions and for consulting appropriately qualified professionals about them.

Indemnity

You agree to hold Holistic Haven Health and Abby Lee harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.

Outbound links are offered for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content, security or practices. Read their terms and privacy policies before you buy or share anything.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of the United States in which Holistic Haven Health is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving that location. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last were, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
